User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

  • Uploading or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of our Services.

  • Using automated systems to scrape or access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights
This section is critical to defining ownership in our creative and technical ecosystem.

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate using the Services. This includes:

  • The strategic plans, tasks, and campaign structures you build with Seeder.

  • The images and videos you generate with Clara.

  • The customer and prospect data you upload and manage in VerdantCRM.

  • Critically, the application code, architecture, and all related assets generated for you in Bob’s Workshop are your intellectual property.

  To operate the Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services for you.

• Our Content and Platform: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services themselves, including our website, brand, user interface, and the underlying technology of our AI agents.

• AI-Generated Content: The output of our AI agents is generated based on your inputs. While the final product is your content, you acknowledge that AI may produce similar or identical outputs for other users. You are responsible for ensuring that your generated content is unique and fit for your intended purpose, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Community Guidelines
Our Seedling Social communities are designed for open collaboration. By participating, you agree to:

• Engage in respectful and constructive discourse.

• Not post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or harmful content.

• Respect the intellectual property of others.

We reserve the right to moderate communities and remove any content or suspend any user account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion. Systems like Sprout Score, Badges, and the Seederboard are platform features designed to encourage positive contributions and are subject to change.

Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Service Tiers: Our Services are offered under various subscription tiers. Features and limitations are detailed on our pricing page.

• Payments: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you purchase. All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.

• Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel through your account settings before the renewal date.

• Growth Credits & Workshop Fees: Certain features, such as advanced AI actions or builds within Bob’s Workshop, may require the use of Growth Credits or incur usage-based fees. These fees are separate from your subscription and will be clearly communicated before you incur the charge.

• Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a specific offer.
  
  Confidentiality: Data you create within private environments, including GrowthOS, Workspaces, TeamProjects, and VerdantCRM, is considered confidential. We will not access, view, or share your confidential information except as required to provide the Services, offer support, or comply with legal obligations.
  
  Term and Termination

• Term: These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Services.

• Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

• Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
  
  Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability :
  “AS IS” SERVICE: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDLING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
  
  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration.
